Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) Program
This program serves adults 21 and over with a primary diagnosis of mental disability. It is expected that the participants in this program will require intensive care and habilitation intervention in those areas lacking basic self help abilities.
The program provides an image of services to each client as specified in an individual program plan with long and short range goals being established. Our goals of the program are to encourage growth toward living more independent lives and continue to nurture each individual’s physical, psychological, and emotional growth.
ICF residents live with eight to ten other housemates. It is staffed 24 hours daily; with all residents required to attend day programs five days a week. The ICF allows individuals to experience the security and comfort of a homelike environment, while receiving the specialized care they require. The ICF’s are unique structures for people with unique challenges.
